The Trustpilot Scraper finds companies on Trustpilot and returns them as leads — with their TrustScore and reviews, how quickly they reply, whether they claimed their page, plus the owner, emails, phones and social profiles from their website.
Three ways to search
- Categories — Trustpilot category IDs, one per line, as in
trustpilot.com/categories/plumber(for exampleplumber,roofing_contractor). Up to 20. - Keywords — Trustpilot's company search, one per line (for example "web design"). Up to 20.
- Links or domains — Trustpilot business, category or search pages, or plain company domains like
example.com. Up to 50.
Options
- Country — which country's Trustpilot to search (24 countries).
- City — optional, for categories only.
- TrustScore — any, 3+, 4+ or 4.5+.
- Claimed profiles only — companies that manage their Trustpilot page (categories only).
- Min. reviews and sort (most relevant, most reviews, latest review).
- Results per category / keyword — up to 1,000 each (default 50).
Credits
One credit per business found. The most it could cost is set aside when it starts and the rest comes back when it finishes. Searches usually take 1–5 minutes.
Results
Each search becomes a list at /trustpilot-scraper/<list id>. Click a company for its owner and key people, contacts, rating breakdown, review summary and company details. See Trustpilot Data Fields.
