How to export Skool community members

Need a spreadsheet of a Skool community's members? Here is the clean way to do it.

Before you start

You need to be a member of the community. Prospect Cheap uses your session only to read the member list you can already see — it is never stored.

Step 1: Open the Skool scraper

Sign in to Prospect Cheap and open Skool Scraper from the sidebar.

Step 2: Paste the community link

For example skool.com/your-community. Follow the on-screen steps to connect your session for this run.

Step 3: Choose how many members

Pick a number, or All. One credit per member extracted.

Step 4: Decide on profile stats

Followers and post counts are optional and off by default — leave them off unless you need them.

Step 5: Review and export

The list shows name, bio, location, level, points, join date, role and any public email, website and social links. Filter, then export to CSV, Instantly or GoHighLevel.

Use it well

Check the community's rules, contact people with something relevant to them, and never spam the community itself. See Skool lead generation.

What the columns mean

  • Level and points: Skool's engagement system — higher means more active.
  • Role: owner, admin, moderator or member.
  • Joined: when they joined the community — recent members are still exploring.
  • Bio and location: what they do and where — great for personalisation.

Large communities

For communities with thousands of members, extract a number first to check the data, then run All. Credits for the most it could cost are reserved and anything unused is returned.

Common issues

If the extraction can't start, check that you're still logged in to Skool and that the community link is correct. Private communities you aren't a member of can't be extracted.

Frequently asked questions

One credit per member extracted. Choose a number or "All".
