Why Skool matters
Skool hosts communities for coaches, course creators and entrepreneurs — AI automation, agencies, fitness, e-commerce and more. Members often run businesses and list their websites and socials on their profiles.
What Prospect Cheap extracts
For a community you are a member of, the Skool scraper collects:
- member name, bio, location, level, points and join date
- role (admin, moderator, member)
- email, website, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube and Facebook where public
- optional profile stats (followers, posts) — off by default
You choose how many members, or all of them.
Respect the community
Communities have rules. Many ban unsolicited DMs or promotion. Read them first. Cold outreach by email to members' public business addresses is different from spamming the community — but keep it relevant, personal and easy to decline.
Good use cases
- reaching community owners and admins with services they need (editing, funnels, community management)
- finding agency owners in agency communities for partnerships
- recruiting beta users for tools that serve that niche
Filter
- Level and points show engaged members.
- Has website shows members with businesses.
- Location for local partnerships.

Approach admins first
Community owners and admins run businesses on top of their communities. They need help with content, moderation, events, sales and tools — and they usually welcome partners who make their members' lives better. Filter by role to find them.
Offer value to the community
Instead of pitching individuals, offer the owner something for the whole community: a workshop, a template pack, a member discount. It builds goodwill and brings inbound interest from members.
Keep data use simple
Use the export for relevant one-to-one outreach to people with public business details. Don't add members to newsletters they never asked for, and remove anyone who opts out.
