These terms are an agreement between you and Prospect Cheap ("we", "us") for the use of Prospect Cheap at https://prospectcheap.com (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Your account
- You must give accurate information and keep your password safe.
- You are responsible for everything done with your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
Using the service
You agree not to:
- break the law or anyone's rights while using the service;
- upload anything harmful, illegal or that you do not have the right to share;
- try to break, overload or get around the security of the service;
- resell or copy the service without our written permission.
We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Plans and payment
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. A one-time lifetime plan is paid once.
- Payments are processed by our payment providers (Stripe or EPS).
- You can cancel any time in Settings; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Upgrades take effect straight away and are charged for the rest of the current period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
- Prices may change; we will tell you before a change affects your plan.
- Refunds are given where required by law or at our discretion.
Your content
You own what you put into the service. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the rights to it.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of anything important.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service, with notice where we reasonably can.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
