Step 1: Choose keywords
Think about the words in your prospects' ads: "free consultation", "roof replacement", "skincare", "online course". Keywords match ad text, so use the language advertisers use.
Step 2: Choose the country
The Ad Library is searched per country. Pick the market you sell into.
Step 3: Active only or all
Choose Active ads only for businesses advertising right now, or include inactive ads to find businesses that advertised before and might again.
Step 4: Run the search
In Prospect Cheap, set how many advertisers to collect. Each advertiser costs one credit, no matter how many ads they run.
Step 5: Read the list
Key columns: Ads count, First / Latest Ad Started, Days since latest ad started, Followers, Website, Email. Click any advertiser for details and a link to their ads.
Step 6: Combine with Google Maps
For local niches, cross-reference: a roofer with good Maps reviews and active Facebook ads is a strong prospect for any growth service.
Step 7: Export
CSV, Instantly or GoHighLevel. Include the Ad Library URL so you can reference specific ads in your outreach.

Pick keywords from real ads
Open the Ad Library manually for five minutes and read ads in your niche. Note the words that repeat — "free estimate", "limited spots", "book a call" — and use them as keywords. They match far more advertisers than generic category names.
Sort by freshness
Sorting by latest ad started puts businesses that just launched new ads at the top. They're actively working on marketing right now — the best time for your message.
Watch the follower count
Very large pages often have in-house teams or agencies. Mid-size pages (a few thousand followers) are often run by the owner or a small team who decide quickly.
