How to find YouTube channel emails

Most creators want brand and business emails — they just hide them behind a button. Here is how to find them at scale.

Where creators put their email

YouTube creators who want sponsorships list a business email in their channel's About section. Many also put it in video descriptions, on their website or link-in-bio page, and on Instagram or X.

The slow way

On YouTube, the About-page email sits behind a "View email address" button with a captcha, and you can only reveal a limited number per day. For a few channels that's fine; for a list of hundreds it isn't.

The fast way: search by keyword

Prospect Cheap's YouTube scraper searches YouTube for your keywords — "home workout", "personal finance", "tech review" — and collects the channels behind the results. For each channel it gathers what is public:

  • channel name, URL, handle and country
  • subscribers, number of videos, last upload date and the latest video
  • business email from public channel links, descriptions and websites
  • owner name and owner email where found
  • website, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X

Filter to creators who reply

  • 10K–500K subscribers — big enough to matter, small enough to answer their own email
  • Uploaded in the last 30 days — active channels
  • Has email — ready to contact

Use bulk keywords

Niches have many sub-topics. Paste one keyword per line ("budget travel", "van life", "travel vlog") and set channels per keyword. Results merge without duplicates.

What people use YouTube leads for

Check the email before you send

Creators sometimes list a manager's or agency's address. That's fine for sponsorships — it is who handles deals — but adjust your greeting. If the address belongs to a management company, mention the creator by name in the first line.

Keep your list fresh

Channels go quiet, change niche or hand email to a manager. Re-run your keyword searches every month or two; the Days since last upload column makes it easy to drop inactive channels.

Pair with socials

The Instagram and X links in each row give you a second way in. Following and engaging for a few days before emailing makes your name familiar when the email arrives.

Frequently asked questions

Creators publish a business email so that brands and businesses can contact them. Keep messages relevant, identify yourself and respect a "no thanks".
