Who these templates are for

These templates are written for service providers for coaches and creators. Each email is short enough to read on a phone, makes one specific offer and asks one easy question.

Where to find the list

Build the list from Skool and YouTube with Prospect Cheap. In communities you belong to, filter members by role (owner, admin); add creators from YouTube in the same niche.

Personalisation fields

  • {FirstName}
  • {Community}

Map these to columns in your export (Instantly and GoHighLevel exports already use standard names). Set fallbacks for any field that can be empty.

Email 1 — first email

Subject: {Community}

Hi {FirstName} — I'm a member of {Community} and love what you've built.

We help community owners turn members into paying clients with a simple onboarding funnel. Could I share a short example from a similar community?

Email 2 — follow-up (day 3–4)

Subject: Re: {Community}

Hi {FirstName} — the core idea: a welcome sequence that books a call with every new member who matches your ideal client. Want the outline?

Email 3 — final follow-up (day 8–10)

Subject: Re: {Community}

Hi {FirstName} — last note. If growing paid clients from the community is a focus, reply "outline" and I'll send it.

Tips

  • Follow the community's rules; don't pitch inside it.
  • Offer something that helps their members too.
  • Owners are busy; keep it short.
  • Send from a warmed-up, authenticated domain and keep daily volume modest — see deliverability basics.
  • Stop the sequence when someone replies, and remove anyone who opts out.

Make them your own

Templates are a starting point. Replace the observation in the first line with something real about each prospect — the data in your lead list makes that quick. See personalising cold email at scale.

Frequently asked questions

Yes — use and adapt them freely. They work best when the first line mentions something specific about each prospect.
