Who these templates are for
These templates are written for video editors and editing agencies. Each email is short enough to read on a phone, makes one specific offer and asks one easy question.
Where to find the list
Build the list from YouTube with Prospect Cheap. Search your niche; filter by recent uploads and 10K–300K subscribers — creators who still edit themselves.
Personalisation fields
{FirstName}{Channel}{VideoTitle}
Map these to columns in your export (Instantly and GoHighLevel exports already use standard names). Set fallbacks for any field that can be empty.
Email 1 — first email
Subject: editing for {Channel}
Hi {FirstName} — loved "{VideoTitle}". I re-cut the first 45 seconds with tighter pacing and captions (link).
I edit for a few channels in your niche. Want me to take editing off your plate for two videos to start?
Email 2 — follow-up (day 3–4)
Subject: Re: editing for {Channel}
Hi {FirstName} — I can also turn each long video into 3–4 Shorts. Want a sample from your latest upload?
Email 3 — final follow-up (day 8–10)
Subject: Re: editing for {Channel}
Hi {FirstName} — I'll stop here. If you ever want your evenings back, reply "edit" and I'll send rates.
Tips
- Send a sample edit of their own footage.
- Shorts from long videos are an easy first job.
- Keep it casual; creators write casually.
- Send from a warmed-up, authenticated domain and keep daily volume modest — see deliverability basics.
- Stop the sequence when someone replies, and remove anyone who opts out.
Make them your own
