Zapier

Use Webhooks by Zapier (available on Zapier's paid plans) to start a search and send the leads anywhere.

Zap: weekly Yelp leads to Google Sheets

1. Trigger: Schedule by Zapier — every week.
2. Action: Webhooks by Zapier → Custom Request (name it "Start search")
   • Method: POST
   • URL: https://prospectcheap.com/api/yelp/lists
   • Data: { "searchTerms": ["plumbers"], "locations": ["Austin, TX"], "maxPerSearch": 30 }
   • Headers: Authorization = Bearer pc_live_your_key, Content-Type = application/json
3. Action: Delay by Zapier → Delay For 10 minutes (searches usually finish in 1–10 minutes).
4. Action: Webhooks by Zapier → GET
   • URL: https://prospectcheap.com/api/yelp/lists/ + the List Id from step 2 + ?per=100
   • Headers: Authorization = Bearer pc_live_your_key
5. Filter by Zapier: only continue if List Status exactly matches completed.
6. Looping by Zapier → Create Loop From Line Items over the businesses fields (name, email, phone, owner_name…).
7. Action: Google Sheets → Create Spreadsheet Row (or your CRM) inside the loop.

Tips

• If a search might take longer, add a second Delay + GET, or run a separate Zap that reads the list later by id.
• Filter on the server to send fewer items: add &filters=[{"field":"email","operator":"is_not_empty"}] (URL-encoded) to the GET URL.
• For CSV-based apps, call Export CSV instead.
• Sending to GoHighLevel, Instantly, Smartlead or lemlist? The app does that directly — Connections → Integrations — no Zap needed.
