How it works
Every source has the same three endpoints:
POST /api/{source}/lists— start a search, get a list IDGET /api/{source}/lists/{id}— status and, when completed, results page by pagePOST /api/{source}/lists/{id}/export— the whole list as CSV
Sources: gmaps, yelp, trustpilot, youtube, fbads, producthunt, trustmrr, skool.
Authenticate
Create a key in Connections → API and send it on every request:
curl https://prospectcheap.com/api/credits \
-H "Authorization: Bearer pc_live_your_key"
Start a Yelp search
curl -X POST https://prospectcheap.com/api/yelp/lists \
-H "Authorization: Bearer pc_live_your_key" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{ "searchTerms": ["plumbers"], "locations": ["Austin, TX"], "maxPerSearch": 30 }'
Poll and read
Check every 15–30 seconds until status is completed, then read results with ?page=1&per=100. Results are under leads, businesses, channels, pages, products, startups or members depending on the source.
Export
curl -X POST https://prospectcheap.com/api/yelp/lists/LIST_ID/export \
-H "Authorization: Bearer pc_live_your_key" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{ "format": "instantly" }' -o leads.csv
Limits and costs
- 120 requests a minute per key; 20 searches an hour and 100 a day per source; 3 running at once per source.
- One credit per lead. The most a search can cost is reserved at the start; the rest comes back.
