Send scraped leads to GoHighLevel

Skip the CSV. Connect a GoHighLevel sub-account once and push any lead list in as contacts — tagged, de-duplicated and ready for your workflows.

What it does

Every lead list in Prospect Cheap has a Send to button. With GoHighLevel connected, it creates (or updates) contacts in the sub-account you chose, with:

  • first and last name, email, phone, company name and website
  • address, city, state, postal code and country where known
  • your tags — so a workflow can pick them up straight away
  • a source, such as "Prospect Cheap — Yelp"

Contacts that already exist (same email or phone) are updated, not duplicated.

Connect GoHighLevel (one time)

  1. In the sub-account, open Settings → Private Integrations and create one named "Prospect Cheap".
  2. Give it the contact scopes (view and edit contacts).
  3. Copy the token, and the Location ID from the address bar (/v2/location/<Location ID>/…).
  4. In Prospect Cheap, open Connections → Integrations → GoHighLevel, paste both and save. The connection is tested before it's stored, and credentials are encrypted.

Send a list

  1. Open any list and narrow it down — check rows, or use filters.
  2. Click Send to → GoHighLevel.
  3. Add tags, for example plumbers-austin, yelp.
  4. Send. Progress shows as it goes; you can keep the tab open while it runs.

What gets sent: the rows you checked, otherwise the rows matching your filters, otherwise the whole list. Leads need an email or a phone number.

Make the names right

GoHighLevel greets contacts by first name, so filter with Has first & last name before sending if your workflows use {{contact.first_name}}. Leads without a person still arrive with the company name. More in filter leads by first and last name.

Trigger a workflow

Create a GoHighLevel workflow with the trigger Contact Tag Added for your tag — new leads drop straight into your nurture sequence or pipeline.

Frequently asked questions

No. A contact with the same email or phone is updated instead of created again.
