Connect Instantly

  1. In Instantly, open Settings → Integrations → API keys and create an API v2 key. To let Prospect Cheap create campaigns and lead lists for you, give it access to campaigns, lead lists and leads.
  2. In Prospect Cheap, open Connections → Integrations → Instantly and paste the key. It's checked and encrypted.

Send a list

  1. Open a list and filter it (Instantly needs an email — leads without one are skipped).
  2. Send to → Instantly.
  3. Choose the destination:
    • an existing campaign,
    • an existing lead list,
    • + New campaign — created as a draft so you can write the sequence in Instantly,
    • + New lead list — to hold leads until you're ready.
  4. Keep Skip leads already in your Instantly workspace on to avoid contacting someone twice.

What arrives in Instantly

  • email, first_name, last_name, company_name, phone, website
  • extra fields as custom variables — for example rating, review_count, category, city, trustscore and, for Yelp, a ready personalization line — depending on the scraper

Use them in your copy: "Saw {{company_name}} has {{review_count}} reviews on Yelp…".

New campaigns start as drafts

A campaign created from Prospect Cheap has your leads and a weekday 9–5 schedule, but no emails yet. Open it in Instantly, write the sequence, check the schedule and time zone, then launch.

Good habits

  • Filter with Has first & last name if your first line uses {{first_name}}.
  • Send one segment per campaign so each message fits.
  • Verify emails before big sends — see verify emails before sending.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Choose "+ New campaign" when sending. It is created as a draft with your leads; you write the emails in Instantly before launching.
