Who these templates are for
These templates are written for review-management and reputation agencies. Each email is short enough to read on a phone, makes one specific offer and asks one easy question.
Where to find the list
Build the list from Google Maps with Prospect Cheap. Filter by review count below competitors and ratings between 3.5 and 4.4, then sort by Maps rank.
Personalisation fields
{FirstName}{Company}{Reviews}{Rating}{City}
Map these to columns in your export (Instantly and GoHighLevel exports already use standard names). Set fallbacks for any field that can be empty.
Email 1 — first email
Subject: {Company} reviews
Hi {FirstName} — {Company} has {Reviews} reviews averaging {Rating}. The three businesses ranked above you in {City} have several times more.
Most of the gap comes from not asking at the right moment. I can share the simple routine our clients use — want it?
Email 2 — follow-up (day 3–4)
Subject: Re: {Company} reviews
Hi {FirstName} — the routine takes about two minutes per customer and typically adds reviews every week. Should I send the steps?
Email 3 — final follow-up (day 8–10)
Subject: Re: {Company} reviews
Hi {FirstName} — last one from me. If reviews become a priority, reply "reviews" and I'll send the routine.
Tips
- Frame it as an easy gap, not a bad reputation.
- Never suggest buying or filtering reviews.
- Show competitor numbers from the same search.
- Send from a warmed-up, authenticated domain and keep daily volume modest — see deliverability basics.
- Stop the sequence when someone replies, and remove anyone who opts out.
