Step 1: Open the Trustpilot Scraper
Sign in and choose Trustpilot Scraper in the sidebar.
Step 2: Pick categories or keywords
Categories are the most precise. Open a category on Trustpilot and copy the last part of the address — trustpilot.com/categories/roofing_contractor → roofing_contractor. Add one per line, up to 20, or click a suggestion under the search box.
Keywords use Trustpilot's company search ("solar panels", "web design"). Up to 20.
You can also paste Trustpilot links or company domains (example.com) to look up specific companies.
Step 3: Set the options
- Country — which Trustpilot to search
- City — optional, for categories
- TrustScore — any, 3+, 4+ or 4.5+
- Claimed profiles only — companies that manage their page
- Min. reviews — skip tiny profiles
- Sort — most relevant, most reviews or latest review
- Results per category / keyword — up to 1,000 each
Step 4: Search
The search runs in the background — usually a few minutes. You can leave the page.
Step 5: Review the list
Each row shows the company, owner, email, phone, website, TrustScore, reviews, category and city; more columns (reply rate, legal name, founded, LinkedIn…) are one click away. Click a company for its rating breakdown, review summary, key people and contact details.
Step 6: Filter and use it
Useful filters: has email, has owner name, has first & last name, claimed, TrustScore. Then export to CSV or send straight to GoHighLevel, Instantly, Smartlead or lemlist.
Tips
- Combine a category with 4+ TrustScore and claimed only for established, reachable companies.
- Use latest review sorting to find companies that are active right now.
- One category per list keeps your outreach focused.
