Who these templates are for
These templates are written for full-service marketing agencies. Each email is short enough to read on a phone, makes one specific offer and asks one easy question.
Where to find the list
Build the list from Google Maps and the Facebook Ad Library with Prospect Cheap. Pick one niche; combine Google Maps (reviews, rank) with Ad Library data (active ads) to find businesses already investing in growth.
Personalisation fields
{FirstName}{Company}{Niche}{City}
Map these to columns in your export (Instantly and GoHighLevel exports already use standard names). Set fallbacks for any field that can be empty.
Email 1 — first email
Subject: idea for {Company}
Hi {FirstName} — we work with {Niche} businesses in {City} on one thing: more booked appointments from Google and Instagram.
I looked at {Company}'s profile and ads and have two quick ideas that usually move the numbers within a month. Want them?
Email 2 — follow-up (day 3–4)
Subject: Re: idea for {Company}
Hi {FirstName} — here's one of the two: your Google profile and your ads point people to different offers, which tends to lose them. Want the second?
Email 3 — final follow-up (day 8–10)
Subject: Re: idea for {Company}
Hi {FirstName} — I'll stop here. If growth from Google or Instagram is on your list this quarter, reply "ideas" and I'll send both over.
Tips
- Specialise by niche in your copy, even if you serve many.
- Lead with outcomes (appointments, calls), not services.
- One idea per follow-up keeps each email worth reading.
- Send from a warmed-up, authenticated domain and keep daily volume modest — see deliverability basics.
- Stop the sequence when someone replies, and remove anyone who opts out.
Make them your own
Templates are a starting point. Replace the observation in the first line with something real about each prospect — the data in your lead list makes that quick. See personalising cold email at scale.
